INFLATION

While doing homework from Ms. Fuji about awards that have been awarded to me, today I will prepare the material for this day. In a meeting yesterday I have discussed about the current income I will discuss about inflation because inflation material later time so let me be ready so the lesson ....
INFLATION is a state in the economy where there is an increase of goods and services in general and continuous.
This price increase could occur if the number of requests are more than the amount bid.

Well that was the understanding of inflas, we now proceed by looking at all sorts of inflation include:
1. Inflation based on the cause there are two, namely;

Demand Pull Inflation: Inflation is caused by the pull of demand for goods / services

Cost Push Inflation; inflation due to an increase in production costs boost
2. Inflation based on severe or not there are four, namely:

Mild inflation (below 10% a year)

Inflation is moderate (between 10% - 30% a year)

Inflation weight (30% - 100% a year)

Hyperinflation (more than 100% a year)
3. Inflation based on the origin there are two, namely;

Of domestic inflation (domestic inflation)

Inflation from abroad (imported inflation)
Inflation that happens of course there are the reasons why am I right? For now let us look at the causes of inflation, see ya ....

Cause the first is due to excess demand

An increase in production costs

With the printing of new money then a country will experience inflation

The cause of the next is because more than production

Next up is because of consumer attitudes

Continued attitude manufacturers can also cause inflation lho

The last is due to government policy so
Well after we understand the sense and the kinds of inflation and its causes, of course we do wonder how the hell do I calculate inflation? ya he is the formula

Inflation Rate = {[IHKtn - IHKto]: IHKto} x 100
Example:
In 2007 the CPI at 150.69 and 153.34 for the 2008 CPI. Then the magnitude of inflation in 2008 is .....
Answer
{[153.34 to 150.69]: 150.69} x 100 = 1.75%
Well today was that the material may be useful yes, do not forget to study diligently so ..... Good luck ....
