Madrasah Conditions

External conditions that is rapidly changing organizations is a major challenge of the organization to be able to survive. As living beings, organizations also have to be good at adjusting to the environment if it wants to live a longer life. Inability menyesuaian organization to the environment will be able to lead the organization to experience serious problems can even lead to death (bankruptcy). 

In the case of the state of education in Indonesia, including those relating to Madrasah, these changes can be seen in a variety of ways, ranging from the implementation of government policies, to change as a result of developments in science and technology. Changes as a result of government policy, for example, the change from centralized to decentralized system that models appear Madrasah Based Management (MBM), Management-Based Quality Improvement Madrasah (MPMBM).

Changing patterns of management, so that it appears Madrasah Committee, the Board of Education, Institute of Education Quality Assurance, and others. Changes related to changes in science and technology such as changes in the learning process, resulting in learning quantum theory (quantum teaching learning), active learning (active learning), contextual learning (contextual teaching learning). Changes in management such as Total Quality Management (TQM), the use of analysis tools (Balanced Scorecard), and others. 

Madrasah Work Plan which is the basis of doing all the activities of Madrasah in improving the quality of education. Therefore, before preparing the Work Plan Madrasah need to do a strategic analysis of the various factors that affect the meaning of Madrasah policy as well as an evaluation to determine the potential that exists around Madrasah which can be used to develop the Madrasah
